Ecotourism Activities (Community Nature Walk and Conservation Talk)
As Tanzania Mwangaza we organised a trip to Jozani National Park and Zanzibar Butterfly Center (ZBC) for the purpose of Raising tourism awareness to both local communities and students in Zanzibar.
In the Nature walk we had an enriching introduction to Ecotourism practices ( butterfly farming and Magrove species) on how to protect and preserve the Mangroves since they have a great impact to environment itself and the local community at large, including, acts as a breeding ground for fishes, also mangrove protect the land from sea- related degradation.
In Conservation Talk for Ecotourism we discussed on Ecotourism Activities found in Zanzibar their impact (positive impacts) to local community, economic aspects and Incase Ecotourism Activities are not well maintained what impacts does it bring to the environment.
